We have a small but very enthusiastic team at the Australian International Disputes Centre dedicated to providing our users with fabulous dispute resolution services.Q Do you have a mentor?A No one specific. I am privileged to have current and former colleagues with whom I have worked in Australia and overseas who continue to support and inspire me.Q What is your number one tip for managing people?ACreate opportunities for everyone to contribute, and instil confidence to look outside the box to meet the challenges of our business; value diversity to create new visions and perspectives.Q What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?AKeep a balanced outlook on life.
